1. A minimum restocking charge of 20% (minimum dollar charge = $5.00) will be applied
   against all returns and/or exchanges.

2. Returned material must be in the same form and condition as when shipped (i.e. neat transportable pallets, shrink wrapped if applicable).

3. Returned material must not have been cut, culled or changed in the range of sizes, colors
   or shapes or stained with dirt or cement.

4. If SJS picks up returned material, normal delivery charges will be applied to credits.

5. Any other service or labor that is required to return the material to its original saleable
   form will be deducted from any credit.

6. Returns must be within 30 days of shipment.

7. Returns must be accompanied by customer's copy of SJS invoice.
